I would publicly like to retract my praise and recommendation of MTN Supersonic that I made a couple of years ago. MTN Supersonic has gone from responsive, agile and customer-caring to the worst imaginable service EVER!! Their automated responses via Instagram are sooo out-of-touch and scream the fact that they don't care. It's worse on WhatsApp which should be the quickest way to do business and resolve queries: lately, I've waited over a day for responses, and I'm currently waiting for approaching 2 hours for someone to respond ON WHATSAPP.

Truly the most disgusting service and I cannot wait to find a better service provider! There's absolutely nothing "Supersonic" about you!!
