The worst ISP yet!

I have been struggling to get hold of anybody at supersonic to assist me with completing my order! Vumatel have come out on Monday to install their bit & I have had absolutely nothing from supersonic. I wait on the line for an hour + at any given time. I am told that there will be a cancellation fee despite never being able to get hold of them to resolve this matter.

Like majority of SA, I am working from home & require a solution to this ASAP! Your customer service is horrific.
