The worst ISP in town - Supersonic

Two things.

My internet has been dropping every evening at 7pm for the past 8 days now. It does not come back on until the morning. Currently sitting with no internet for 10 hours. And I am suppose to be working from home.

2. After more than 15months they still can’t consolidate past payments on my account and my statement still reflects I owe them money. Which is incorrect and has been proven so.

Tried calling two nights ago for technical support, I was on hold for 1 hour and 45 mins, when I didn’t move past 6 in the queue, I eventually gave up.

Officially the worst service provider I have ever dealt with.
