The worst ISP

This is the worst ISP I have ever experienced I thought telkom was bad this is something else.

I ordered a router for the FLTE plan and have had it for 3 days and it doesn't work. Have called in 5 times a day and keep getting tossed around. Some say they will call you back some have promised me communication via email with no prevail.

Now they say they are going to charge me pro rata for the 12 days till month end wheres I already paid R999 for this month which I still haven't had it work at all.

I don't know if this is a **** or what but honestly this is nonsense.
