The worst Internet service provider in South Africa.

What a horribly disorganised non-user friendly service. Can't even get ahold of them on their own customer service platform. They cancelled my service and yet are still billing me. They just double billed me last month and then billed me again yesterday. What kind of *****ulent company are you running here?
