I've never dealt with such a useless fibre service provider in my entire existence, I spoke to a useless and non client caring Busisiwe and requested to speak to Tshepo who's a technical team's manager who is also not available to assist clients. I'm now asking myself why are they at work if they're not willing to assist us. Arg sies
