The worst experience I've ever had with a company

this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. we were overcharged, told that we would be refunded and are still waiting for that to happen 3 months later. We have spent at least R300 on airtime trying to call these people so that we can get a resolution after we were told that a "Superstar" would call us back. in the 3 months ive battled with this company, not a single person has called me back. it is also terribly difficult to get anywhere because everytime you call, you speak to someone new and have to explain your issue all over again. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE, thery shouldnt be in business anymore.
