The worst Customer Service Ever !!!

If there was a option for 0 Stars it would have been nice. Absolutely the worst company I ever dealt with if it comes to customer service. Internet down for one whole week. Everyday I struggle to get through to customer care, I hold for more than 30 min each time to speak to someone , issue not resolved. Whatsapp line is down, no response to emails. I can’t even rate their service, because there isn’t any service !!!
