The worst

Worst service I have ever experienced from an ISP.

My line fibre line has been ready since Wednesday. Since then I have called, used Whatsapp and Twitter everyday to try and get my package activated so that I can start using my internet. The support agents give me different answers every time and it always ends "with someone will contact you today" - never happens. The holding times are ridiculous and the agents seem to have no clue whats going on. I can see from the other reviews that i am not the only one experiencing this.

All I really need is for my account to be activated. I don't even need a router as I prefer to use my own. All I need is the account details to get going but even this is too much to ask. Very disappointing.

At this point I have no idea if I will ever get internet from them. There has not been any communication initiated from supersonic's side.

Please do not sign up here. These guys provide Telkom level service - There are so many great providers to choose from. Cool Ideas, Afrihost, Cybersmart just to name a few.
