The thin line between making mistakes and *****ing

I would prefer to give -5 stars.. We cancelled our account 3 YEARS ago, we have confirmation of this on email. Last month they debited R1800 from our bank account. No explanation, no paperwork, nothing. We literally cant get through to them on their phone lines and we have received NO reply via the countless emails we sent. So basically, they stole money from us, and we can do nothing about it because they dont answer their phones and just put through debit orders for no reason
