The only thing Supersonic is good at is failing their customers.

Supersonic has failed me so many times and I wouldn't recommend them as an ISP to anyone. After begging for months, Supersonic has finally sent me a bill which is now a significant sum since it's been accumulating from the time I signed up with them. So I'm now expected to cough up all this money in one go even though it's their foolishness and incompetence that got us here in the first place. Secondly, my wifi has been up and down for 3 weeks now and no one has been able to help me after endless follow-ups & requests for escalation.
