I signed up for the 80 Mbps package at R499, and installation was completed on a Sunday. During setup, a speed test to the cell tower showed speeds of around 1 Gbps. However, when testing from the router, the speed dropped to just 4 Mbps.

I spent over an hour running multiple speed tests to rule out any error on my side, but the connection never came close to the advertised speed. I immediately disconnected all hardware, removed the mounting, and submitted a cancellation request—only to receive an invoice for R2500.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and misleading. Too stop their billing create a virtual card as the main payment method once verified cancel the card. #SuperSonicMustFall
