The internet was not as fast as promised
The internet was not as fast as promised. I had less than 10Mbps download and about 1Mbps upload. I was promised almost 3 times as much! Then when I decided to cancel the subscription, I was told to pay an additional R250 for them to collect the router. I am thoroughly disappointed in their service and treatment for the duration of me being their client.
