The *********** Francois & poor service

I have been dealing with Francois the past two weeks regarding issues with my account. He could not even explain where the credit in my account was his solution was that I reverse my debit order and that's how the credit will kick in which made no sense but I did that to prove to him it wouldn't solve anything.
