Finally someone within the Supersonic organization that knows how to do their job and cares about getting a customer issue resolved. After her fellow colleague Vimbai Chakanetsa could not correct a billing issue in more than 2 weeks which resulted in the service being unfairly suspended, Mariska stepped in and resolved the issue within a morning. Service was reconnected, apology issued, debit order reinstated and account brought up to date. Supersonic needs another 100 Mariska's because she is the only person I have dealt with in the past few months that managed to execute what needed to be done correctly in within record time.
