The worst customer service I ever experienced. Having been a Telkom customer before, this says a lot. Ordered fibre installation 5 months ago. Still not done. They provided a temp "while you wait device" this has not worked for 3 weeks. Trying to get this working again, I've made 15+ calls ( 20 mins average per call) over last few weeks and get told the same story, but still no change in status quo. Contrary to what they promise after each call, ZERO follow through form supersonic. Horrific customer service, absolutely horrific!
