Terrible Vumatel Supersonic Service

A little over a month ago I logged a complaint to Vumatel Supersonic regarding their services. I pay for fibre which is supposed to cover a 10metre radius and allow fast internet connection which isn't the case here.

When I logged my complaint the consultant said they'll contact me with a reference number along with technicians to fix the issue. I'm still waiting because as a result I can't stream shows or work from the comfort of my dining room, I have to be in the room in which it was installed.

It is clear that Vumatel Supersonic has little or no regard for its customers.
