Terrible Sonic - Absolutely nothing super about you

Clearly this business does not care about their customers and the experience we are getting from their consultants. For the past two days I have not been able to connect to the internet and have spent a lot of time on the phone trying to get the issue resolved without any success. We work from home and with internet like this, how are we supposed to work?
