Terrible Services at Supersonic

Supersonic is the worst, I chose their services in August and I was meant to be connected but it took them a 7 days to connect my router. I would call them everyday and they would tell me the same thing and mind you all these calls I was charged for but I was not even connected, I called and they said they will get it sorted in August and so they decided to debit my account for something I don't know, I've emailed them, called and everything else but they're still debiting my account with amounts I did not agree with.

I want the amount of cash that was debited wrongful reversed into my account. I will not allow ****s to get to me, I want the money reversed ASAP.
