Terrible service, you call them everyday but no resolution

Supersonic how long does it take to install router? Vumatel did a wonderful job, did their set up within 1-2 days this was on 02 December 2021. It’s now 15 Jan 2022 and still no router, no fibre and no communication from you. I’ve your customer care to call in to inform you I’m still waiting for the router, no one was even aware of this. I’ve been calling every other day since then to find out when this router will get here. Very bad service and the contract hasn’t even started. I don’t even know if I still want it after having to wait this long. Supersonic clearly doesn’t care to resolve issues. Is this how you treat your new clients????? First impression is already very bad.
