Terrible service. Worse admin

This is a terrible company. They took my identity number instead of my husband's .The service was so terrible that it was cancelled in the first month.There was almost no service. After a period of almost two years I started getting money being deducted via debit order. every time the amount was different. I contacted them and was told that we still had the router.I told them they could have it and was informed that they would and did pick it up. They said no monies were outstanding but the curious and suspicious debit orders didn't stop.i emailed and phoned and each time was apologized to.but the debit orders did not stop.they would stop for a few months after a call then start again.Now I am receiving email statements from a vvm.i am fed up
