Terrible service - uncapped LTE no delivered

I app**** for a uncapped FLTE, 8 days ago, to date I have been told that they have not received confirmation that I have paid but dummies sent me an invoice indicating that I have paid but still want me to send proof. As requested this was forwarded numerous times, calling daily speaking to different consultant, one of them was Nolwazi who promised to expedite delivery of my LTE with some lady who is supposedly their supervisor Mapula Mamabolo. Mind you their superb policy says 3 - 5 days. I am really disappointed the service is really bad, I signed up as they are deemed as top,s, no 1. I tell you I have been with rain, telkom, afrihost. I must say Afrihost takes the price, they are the best by far.
