Terrible Service - SUPERSONIC

Pathetic company. I have been trying to get assistance with setting up my router for 3 days. Their WhatsApp helpline is terrible and when you phone them you hold for hours only to be passed from technician to technician until they just cut the call. No trace ability whatsoever. DO NOT USE SUPERSONIC! They promise the world but can not deliver!!!
