Terrible Service - SUPERSONIC

It has come to this. I have made the mistake to not read up on Supersonic on Hellopeter before signing up with them. The worst ISP ever. No replies on WhatsApp, no answer when you call, yesterday as well as this morning. Debit order went off this morning but no internet connectivity. Client Portal says no data on my account. I have to in the meantime make use of my cell data to create a hotspot in order to work from home. BAD BAD BAD service. And to top it off, reset your router seems to be the only answer you get if you get hold of someone . Send a message on WhatsApp this morning at 07h25, still no answer.
