TERRIBLE SERVICE - Right from Signup Day One

The worst signup experience ever. Takes over a week. Do not respond to emails, their whatsapp service is completely useless and no matter if you get transferred to an agent - it takes a day and you get a sorry we didnt get to you reply.

Your phones also do not get answered.

My services are not even live yet - and I already have a bad feeling about this 'new' partnership with supersonic.

I want to know how you intend sorting my enquiries out and restore my faith in your abilities. If you cannot provide me concrete feedback - then you might as well consider my application cancelled with ZERO penalties to myself as you have had enough time to initiate my services.
