Terrible service provider. The worst!

Worst service provider. They never know what the issue is when there is a problem with the WiFi! They never answer when you call for help, they will promise to call back and they don’t, the agents are always frustrated not eager to help. Literally the worst I’ve ever used! When you owe them money they are quick to send emails and call you! Supersonic should just shut down. They are the worst.
