TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER

They are charging us a cancellation fee to relocate. How does this make sense! To start off with, we have a month to month contract and all we want is to relocate the fibre to our new house. Additionally they have advised we still have to pay for 30 days. We emailed them in March to notify of relocation but Noone responds to emails. Absolutely f***king disgusting service provider and we regret using them. No support whatsoever.
