Terrible service of late and poor/no customer service.

I feel sad writing this review because Supersonic has become a shadow of itself.

For the past 4 days in Capetown, from 4 pm to about midnight my connection speed drops from 100MB download and upload to 0.1MB.

This is when I need the internet the most for work purposes and this ISP keeps letting me down.

Don't bother with their customer service, it will end in tears.

They also sent me an mail saying I owe them money, I sent them proof that I was up to date on my payment, the account said they will get back to me and have suddenly disappeared.

I will move on to another ISP, I have endured this suffering for too long.
