Terrible Service - No Support - Useless Customer Care

Poor service, been trying for a week to speak to someone. I have tried all possible contact platforms known to me. Logged tickets, tried whatsapp, call centre etc. Phone calls to the call centre takes for ever. Spend in total about an hour waiting to speak to someone. Wanted to migrate my service to a new address, but will be cancelling now. To make it worst they want to charge me a cancellation fee for not giving 30 days notice. Take note that it's now the 4th of December 2024 and I've been trying to get hold of someone since the 26th of Novemer 2024. Terribe terrible service provider. Stay away!!!
