Terrible service , it getting horrible by the day

Wow Accounts department you did it again suspended my account while you were suppose to dredit my account this issue is an on going issue that I wonder when will someone fix it April this issue was addressed and the amount write off as per my telephonic conversation with an agent hardly 2 months we back at it you suspend my account while am not owing its not the Month end yet and you keep on telling about your mistake ,

Can this be fixed 1st your call center number is not working it just rings ,

Last I spoke to your support agent she advised that amount will be write off since no 1 can re calculate since I was charge before I started using the service
