TERRIBLE SERVICE, INCREDIBLY INEPT
Shocking customer service. Our internet is more off than on. Customer service cuts you off during support calls, won’t escalate. Never call you back, bill incorrectly, lie about resolving issues. Apparently do not at all about what customers think - very arrogant!!
