TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM SUPERSONIC
I have been with Supersonic for close to 2 years today, and on the 11th of April 2022, I logged a call with Supersonic and advised them that on the 30th of April 2022, I will be moving house, and they assured me that I will be assisted within 14 days as per the infamous SLA. I literally relocated within 5KM radius. Today is the 4th day since I moved and I have no INTERNET SERVICE. I have been pulled from pillar to post, I spoke to so many call centre agents in the last 4 days is not fun anymore, because all of them seem clueless on how to help me. If I do not get the INTERNET SERVICE I am paying for by tomorrow, I will cancel the contract and look for another ISP.
