Terrible service from Supersonic

I had problems to get activated in the beginning but after a few days the matter was solved. Now, I have been getting emails saying my account has not been paid and they going to terminate my account. I have written back and send proof of payment but they/supersonic has terminated my account. I contacted them on their Whatsapp number at 5pm yesterday and till now there has been no response to my query. So disappointed in their service!
