Terrible service from supersonic and vumatel

I have recently signed up with vumatel fibre via supersonic as my isp and have had a disappointing service thus far. The consultant signed me up and I made payment only to be left with no information regarding when my fibre installation will be done. I spoke to the consultant with regards to my urgency and was left with out any information just to wait. Is it so difficult to install fibre in durban chatsworth but easy to debit peoples money. I now am thinking of canceling with supersonic and vumatel.
