TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM SUPERSONIC

Terrible service new customer after moving from another ISP are no service received at all Not able to connect to wifi and still waiting for more than a week for a technician to call. Asked to speak to a manager but no luck there either Absolutely terrible service within first 7 days of being a client. Not concerned about clients connectivity after sign up, no support offered to resolve issues and not one call back received after numerous requests I though the other ISP was bad Guess i will be moving again
