Terrible Service from Supersonic
Attempting to cancel a FTTH line is nearly impossible with these people. They ask you to send an email, but you will never hear back from them. It's now been weeks and I'm still yet to hear everything. Every time I call, I'm always told it's being "looked at", and they don't provide reference numbers. I've never had such terrible service with an ISP before.
