TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MTN SUPERSONIC

I joined Supersonic Fibre nearly SIX months ago when I moved house and VOX wasn't an option with MTN Fibre the only option (no Vumatel or Open Serve in our road). I requested a VOIP telephone line with my previous VOIP number linked to VOX to be ported. Still nothing has happened and each time I call no one seems to know where the problem should be solved and the persons who it is supposedly allocated to cant speak to me directly and will revert - of which I have heard nothing. UNBELIEVABLY POOR service delivery.
