Terrible Service

Honestly i must say this is the most terrible service everytime you call you dont get assistance. Tyron Naidoo called me and i have been emailing asking for assistance only to be ignored or be told he will call. Im told i cannot get an installation because there is another order of which i only placed an order with them. Now i have to do thier work and call to cancel any ordernot from them on my name which is very pathetic. My installtion is way over due the 14 days and this is pasted the SLA now i have lost 2 weeks of work and buying data every day.

I must say Supersonic needs to pull up their socks they dont deserve the loyalty we try to give them.
