Terrible service
Paid for package. Still waiting for delivery 6 days later. Communication non-existent. WhatsApp platform absolutely useless.

14 Jun 2024, 22:14What an amazing company this is. They finally deliver the router, and only after me having to make hours of calls. Now there is no internet access. Calling for any support is totally useless. I HAVE MADE HOURS OF CALLS. What is wrong with us. We keep on supporting these companies. Tomorrow I will request a reversal of payment from my bank and cancel this ridiculous service. It amazes me how this incompetant company still survives. But it is just a matter of time i hope
