Terrible service

This is my absolute last resort of communication before I contact the CEO of this company.

I signed up with Supersonic in April 2020 through a company called Comet Projects owned by Hayley Montgomery. Alot of promises were made . Anyway 3 weeks later I receive my router and am connected.

At the end of May 2020 I contacted your company requesting a statement , I was told the statement is not ready the same at the end of June and July . I kept Hayley informed of this as well , At the end of July after a back and forth and following up for the millionth time I was told to transfer a payment directly into Supersonic bank account with my ID as reference. To date this payment is missing and after following up for the numerous time there is no feedback.

As I explained to Hayley this is not acceptable service , I will not refer anybody further to your company or that of Comet Projects your service is bad. Also do t even think of sending me a statement for a bill of 3 months I have all the proof that I contacted you each month.

I would like your CEO contact details please in order to send him/her a mail and advise of how his company name is being dragged through the mud
