Terrible service

I wrote a review 2 weeks ago about Supersonic and their poor service , got an almost immediate response that the matter would be escalated . Up to now still no one has contacted me . If I could give a minus review I would . They don't even respond to phone calls , emails . How they are still in business is a mystery
