Terrible service continued and more false promises
This is my second review because I have still had no resolution and now am being ignored.
After disgusting service and endless false promises, I cancelled my account on 1 October. There is such poor communication that this cancellation has not even been acknowledged.
Don't believe anything any of the representatives say- they do not contact you unless you leave a review on this site.

17 Oct 2020, 17:10This is the same response I received on my last review. I do not believe anything will come of it, just like every single other encounter I have had with Supersonic with the exception of Joshua, who has since stopped responding to emails. Very disappointing service all round.
