Terrible service
Terrible service from this company. A friend recomended l use their router and after 2 days l have connectictivity issues. When you phone them you hold the phone for over 30 mins and they say they have a tech support team that works till 10pm,they do not bother answering the phone. Till now l have a router that is not working but come month end they will be debiting my hard earned money. Their call center agents are also rude.

03 Sept 2021, 10:49Supersonic l still do not have network. l spoke to Palesa your consultant and she said after an hour it will be resolved,but no network. l logged a ticket yesterday with you guys and nothing has been done.
