Terrible service by supersonic

Worst service ever. firstly I was told I have good speeds in my area but through out the period of two weeks while i used the service I wasnt happy with the connection. I then cancelled my contract and they tell me that they have to take the router back as its a "free to use" router which aparently means they take it back once the contract is done - something they failed to mention to me during the summary of contract talks. They also charge you R250 to come and collect the router from you!! This is on top of the cancellation fee for terminating the contract which they havent even told me what it will be yet and have said that I should wait for the invoice! I am shocked to say the least with these guys. Would never recommend this service to anyone
