Terrible Service

I got an email from supersonic stating that my wifi was canceled on the the 24th of July,yet they tried to debit my account on the 1st of August.Right now I am unable to find a service provider because my line has been blocked so I'm forced to reconnect with supersonic,but I can't reconnect with them because for 2 weeks I can not get a HD of them,their WhatsApp doesn't work and their phones are not answering. Their service is horrible.
