Terrible Service and no support. Stay away from this ISP!!!

I wish I could give zero stars for this company. From the time I've joined them I've had nothing but bad service. Good luck communicating with them on any technical or account issues. You won't get hold of them. Whatsapp service hasn't worked for months at least. And when you do get someone on the phone, do NOT believe them when they promise to call you back. It will never happen. Not only is the ONT/ Fibre box not working properly, but I'm being billed for a higher speed package and still locked into a lower speed connection. I've had a "Ticket" open with them for weeks and still no solution. Falling for their ads was a big mistake, and my business is now suffering for it. Can't wait till my notice period expires next month.
