Terrible service and no communication from company

I was a client of supersonic, after experiencing terrible internet and services from them i decided to cancel the service. All this was communicated via email and telephonic discussions. I was waiting for my fibre line to be installed but it was taking longer than expected so i told them via email and phone call to activate my line again so i could have internet to run my businesses. For the last 5 months i did not get an invoice on my portal and i noticed my account was not being debited for the service when i was going through my statements. I then emailed them and asked why did this happen and no one got back to me, i sent whatsapp messages and messages to Katlego and Tumelo to sort this out but they did not get back to me. I cancelled my service end of April 2023 and eventually Katlego phoned me tontell me it will be cancelled end of May 2023 and i said that is fine. We then discussed the issue of not getting invoices or being billed from them and he said that payment arrangements can be made for the backlog which was their fault not mine and i said he must get the accounts department to contact me and they never did. They now had the audacity to debit my account of the amount of R3495 without my consent and i will be taking this further legally because this company does not know how to run their business. This is ridiculous and terrible behaviour.
