Terrible service after accepting your money

I have been waiting for a technician since 24 May on a Friday, they just installed the hardware and left the activation for another technician who has never showed up,I’m sitting here with a router that does not work. Your service is appalling,the call centre doesn’t get answered at all,when they eventually answer after 15 minutes they promised to call the technician. I am a first time customer and would not recommend you people to anyone else.
