Terrible service

This company is either ***** or ******** they delivered their rooters in my house after 3 months connected them then vanished we tried calling u will stay in their line for more than 30 minutes,whatsup no reply or the agents are forever confused,they don’t know what they are doing they must just close down .im stucked with their rooter tht does not function for two months now.who on earth approved this guys as a supplier it looks like a Mickey Mouse company.our estate office tried engaging them to date no response .i just wonder why on earth will u just come drill my walls and connect ur **** up equipments and vanish ?
