Terrible service

I ordered a data sim on 9 December and was promised delivery in 5 days. I paid at the same time. I queried the order telephonically, via WhatsApp and via email on the 14th and was told it had not even been processed?!!! I canceled the order and requested a refund. I followed up 6 times via email asking for confirmation that the order had been canceled and I would be refunded. Each time I got an automated message. Today (29 Dec - 20 days later) I received an email saying my order was on the way?!!! I rep**** saying I had canceled. Why is it so difficult to speak to an actual person? Terrible service. Will never use or recommend again. And if the stupid card arrives I will refuse delivery
